I myself am a physician who failed to convince my mom regarding her worsening eye sight due to cataract.. It took me some solid 6 months to convince her just to visit an Ophthalmologist and thankfully I had done it right!! The moment she entered there and met Dr. Vinoth in person and consulted him, all her doubts went away and she was convinced that needed the surgery.. He patiently explained to her in simple language, was very empathetic to her queries, was advising her with care to get her sugars under control ( yeah she is a type 2 diabetic) and get back as soon as she can to undergo her cataract surgery ( first in her left eye & then her right ).. It took another 2 months to get her sugars under control and the surgery is planned then.. My mom was anxious on the day of surgery too.. Thanks to Dr.Vinoth, the surgery went on without any hassle.. She is fine now ( from 1/60 her vision is now 6/6 ) in post op recovery and she wishes to get back soon to get her next surgery done.. The entire hospital and its management and staff are unbelievably professional in their service.. Pros: Everything * Location * Ambience & cleanliness * Friendly staff * Doctor himself * Availability( u can reach them through message or call anytime) * Structured protocol for visits and reviews * Professional conduct Listing may not suffice.. Cons: Couldnot really think of anything!
